The yearly Homeowners Association fee has increased to $200.00.

The increase is needed to reserve funds for future replacement of perimeter fencing along 129th; general maintenance costs; and capital improvements for Parks A & B and Entrances at 71st and 129th streets.

All homeowners are required to pay this fee by March 31st. Late charges will be assessed after that date.

There will be an ads placed in the newspaper and banners placed at both entrances.

This is a great time to reorganize and make some extra cash in the process. We look forward to your participation!

Get a jump on your spring cleaning and make a little money, too! Our annual Spring Garage Sale will be on Saturday, April 9. We will put up large signs at both entrances the Sunday BEFORE the sale to advertise it for the week.

Each homeowner wanting to participate is on their own as far as holding their sale. You may open and close your sale at your discretion. We usually have a LOT of traffic for this sale so be very cautious and extremely patient as you enter and leave the neighborhood that

The Glade Crossing Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, March 26th at 10:00a.m. in the Big Park off 71st and Sweet Gum (Park A).

In accordance with Article XI of the Glade Crossing Homeowners Association Bylaws, the annual assessment of $160.00 is now due for fiscal 2010. Please include with your payment the completed bottom portion of this statement to insure proper credit to your account. Remit your payment of $160.00 on or before March 31, 2010.
